This is a Prior Information Notice to alert the market to an upcoming tender opportunity. City Building intends to establish a framework of suitably qualified and experienced contractors in each of the Lots detailed. The Lots noted on this Prior Information Notice are for guideline purposes only at this stage and may change. A contract Notice with further detail will be issued in due course. Potential Bidders should note that they maybe responsible for the disposal of waste materials and therefore would be required to be in possession of a Waste Carriers Licence with the final disposable site holding a Waste Management Licence.
