Patient and Staff Surveys - The purpose of this ITT is to seek to procure one service provider only, to be capable of delivering two services as detailed in the two specifications attached to this ITT (page 3). Submissions for each specification will be evaluated independently but the resultant scores will be aggregated onto one evaluation summary made up of the evaluation for each independent specification plus price for delivery of the whole ie both specifications.

It is proposed that the duration of this agreement, which will be under NHS standard terms and conditions of contract for services ( NHS standard terms and conditions of contract ) and will be for an initial period of three years with one option to extend of 12 months. The budget available to deliver this tender is £63,000 for 12 months.
