Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the provision of Accommodation Based Support Services for Young People Aged 16-25 in the City of Leicester.

The proposed Contract will be for three years with an option to extend for two further periods of up to 24 months each, up to a maximum of 48 months in total. This will bring the total Contract length to a possible 84 months. We anticipate awarding to multiple Providers under an Open Framework Agreement.

The Framework will be subject to the following lots:

Lot1: General Supported Accommodation with 24/7 Onsite Staffing

Lot 2: General Supported Accommodation

Lot 3: Supported Accommodation for Unaccompanied Asylum Seekers

In the event that the award to the top two ranking Providers leaves any Services unprovided, a third ranking Provider will be awarded the Call-Off Contract for Services, subject to being able to provide the Services adequately.
