two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Fife Council is looking to engage with potential Services, Repairs and Maintenance of Block Storage and Various Other Types of Electric Heaters.

Fife Council require a Contractor to carry out emergency repairs to Block Storage and various other types of electric heaters installed in it’s buildings in a safe, satisfactory and reliable operating condition and to ensure the Council complies with it’s duties under Health and Safety Legislation. The Contractor must be NICIEC or SELECT registered and have relevant experience, the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out the requirements of the contract to a high standard.

The contract covers all Fife Council public buildings including schools, halls, sports centres, older person’s s homes, office buildings, sheltered housing complexes and also Social Work Services group homes which are of a more domestic nature.
