Description
Conwy County Borough Council (the 'Authority') wishes to appoint a suitable Supplier (the 'Supplier(s)') to prepare a comprehensive Regeneration Masterplan for the Plas yn Dre site in Llanrwst. The Council-owned land on the Plas yn Dre site is a key strategic site for regeneration of the town and has potential for commercial, retail or mixed development. The masterplan will provide a clear, deliverable vision for the site which aligns with local and national policy objectives, as well as previous studies.
