To appoint a multi-discipline service provider to plan, coordinate and manage the delivery of its planned programme for the county's Local Authority maintained schools plus any emergency / contingency works (unplanned maintenance) that may arise

Under PA23 schedule 5(8) the Council reserves the right to make a direct award to the successful supplier under this contract for any future procurement involving repeat works, services or goods
