A wholly new changing village, gym and several new studio spaces will transform the bulk of the building, with upgrades to the pool hall creating a refreshed new focal point for the building. Also, a new spa area.
Back of house works are focused on regulatory & operationally necessary upgrades and to minimise the need for significant ongoing maintenance where possible. This includes a combination of upgrades and new systems, such as: pool filtration, drainage, heating and cooling, ventilation, access control/security, fire safety and audio-visual equipment
