London Borough of Tower Hamlets are seeking to appoint an accredited Chartered Surveying firm(s) to provide Estate Management professional services support. The Service Provider/s shall deliver a professional service for a range of commercial building’s including rent reviews, lease renewals, letting, and general estate management advice to and on behalf of the Council. The appointed Service Provider/s will be contracted to provide the services detailed for a period of 48 months (contract length will be 36 months with an optional extension of 12 months).
The contract is divided into 3 Lots as follows
Lot 1 (East)
General Estate Management services and advice including the delivery of rent reviews, lease renewals, letting and estate management services for commercial properties located within the West of the borough of Tower Hamlets. The scope of commercial properties will include (but not be limited too) retail shops, offices, community buildings, buildings in parks and leisure facilities.
Lot 2 (West)
General Estate Management services and advice including the delivery of rent reviews, lease renewals, letting and estate management services for commercial properties located within the West of the borough of Tower Hamlets. The scope of commercial properties will include (but not be limited too) retail shops, offices, community buildings, buildings in parks and leisure facilities.
Lot 3 (Telecoms)
General Estate Management services and advice in relation to Telecommunication Masts and Advertising Hoardings within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. The service includes (but is not limited too) the delivery of rent reviews, lease renewals, letting and general estate management services.
