Castle School Education Trust (CSET) is a successful Multi-Academy Trust with in excess of 5,094 students on roll (at 1st October 2020). CSET was formed as a MAT in March 2013 with the founding school being The Castle School in Thornbury, South Gloucestershire. The Trust expanded rapidly from one to seven schools in its first three years of operation. Since then the Trust has concentrated on consolidating the financial and educational performance of the group. Firms are invited to tender for the audit for the year ending 31st August 2021, which will be a three-year term (plus 2 years discretionary), renewable on an annual basis at the discretion of the Client.
