North Yorkshire Council is looking to establish a framework agreement with a provider for medical cover during events at Scarborough Open Air Theatre, Scarborough Spa, Whitby Pavilion and other events.

The framework will be for a duration of 4 years starting on 1st April 2026.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using the competitive process.

The contract was awarded on 12th January 2026. The framework agreement will commence on 1st April 2026 for a duration of 4 years to 31st March 2030. The maximum value of the framework will be £550,000.
