The purpose of this procurement is to establish an over-arching framework contract that will allow contracts to be let and contractor(s) appointed: 1)to provide access for surveys and works; 2)undertake repair and improvement works to a wide variety of low rise construction types and locations (including to domestic properties and non-domestic properties)3) roofing works and 4) undertake sundry related tasks.

The framework contract is to be a ranked framework although the Council reserves the right to go to a mini-competition where it considers a mini-competition tender to be appropriate.

The framework to be put in place will be a ranked framework although the Council does reserve the right to carry out a mini-competition on the framework where the Council considers a mini-competition project tender to be appropriate.
