Forestry England invite tender submissions for the introduction of Treetop Walkway Experiences at selected sites across England. We are seeking a single partner to fund, design, construct and operate world class, architecturally spectacular, high-quality exciting and iconic, fully accessible and inclusive treetop walkway experience concession at a limited number of sites across the nation's forests.

The annual estimated turnover of this concession opportunity is £3m per location.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Forestry England are seeking a single partner to fund, design, construct and operate a new treetop walkway experience concession at selected Forestry England sites. We welcome prospective partners to bid for this opportunity, available at up to four sites across England. The annual estimated turnover of this concession opportunity is £3m per location. Forestry England will award lease agreements for each site (following the successful approval of satisfactory planning consent and prior to construction commencing), which will run for a maximum initial lease period of 20 years, and we may also grant an additional 10-year extension bring the maximum overall term to 30 years.
