The Police and Crime Commissioner for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough are releasing this opportunity for services to Support and work with families experiencing child and adolescent to parent violence and abuse (CAPVA)
The provider will support and work with families experiencing CAPVA from young people aged 10-16 years old who are referred to them from either Cambridgeshire Constabulary or the Independent Domestic Abuse Adviser (IDVA) Service.

The initial term of contract is three years, with 2 x 12 months option to extend Initial Contract Term of three years – Budget envelope of £650k split by years 1,2 and 3 (budget breakdown detail provided below in the notice under 'description of Procurement')
Additional budget for 2 x 12 month extension options is subject to funding sources, estimated at £225,000 per year.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The provider will support and work with families experiencing CAPVA from young people aged 10-16 years old who are referred to them from either Cambridgeshire Constabulary or the Independent Domestic Abuse Adviser (IDVA) Service.
The full service specification can be located in the Invitation to Tender Document, detailing requirements and award criteria.
The initial term of contract is three years, with 2 x 12 months option to extend
'First year' (Nine months) – 23/24 – Delivery for July 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024 (Nine months) - Budget envelope of max £175k to include minimum of 0.6FTE CAPVA Adviser and a ringfenced amount of £7,500 for family activities.
Year Two – 24/25 – Delivery for April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025 (12 months) – Budget envelope of max of £235k to include a minimum of 0.6FTE CAPVA Adviser and a ringfenced amount of £10,000 for family activities.
Year Three – 25/26 – Delivery for April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 (12 months) - Budget envelope of max of £240k to include a minimum of 0.6FTE CAPVA Adviser and a ringfenced amount of £10,000 for family activities.
All staffing increases to be modelled within this budget envelope.
