Quarterly Fire Alarm Maintenance undertaken during normal working hours in accordance with: BS5839-1:2017 - Fire detection and fire alarm systems for buildings Part 1: Code of practice for design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of systems in non-domestic premises.

All works will be undertaken by trained engineers working in conjunction with ISO9001, ISO14001 and BAFE SP203-1 policies and practices.

Planned Maintenance -

Planned maintenance will be pre-booked in accordance with an agreed programme via Brunel University Estates Team.

We allow for 1 No. Full Time Engineer during normal working hours.

In addition to the lead site engineer, to ensure consistency of staff and skill set, there will be a second engineer who is site familiar and inducted to provide holiday/sickness cover.

These site engineers would be supported by our mobile team on a 24/7 basis.
