School’s Vision & Ethos
Stowe Valley Multi Academy Trust. Founded in 2017, our Trust consists of 6 primary schools and 3 secondary schools. We have one Ofsted outstanding school (September 2021), 7 good schools and one requiring improvement school (June 2017). Our self-evaluation evidence supported by Warwickshire Local Authority now categorises this as a Good school. We also have a SEND resource provision base in one of our primary schools and nursery provision in all other primary schools apart from Southam Primary. Each of our schools has improved since becoming part of the Trust and we have many areas of outstanding practice which we are happy to share. We employ 550 staff and educate over 4500 children across our schools throughout Warwickshire and Northamptonshire.
Our aim is to be outstanding in every area of our educational provision so that our students are kind, confident and resilient learners, learners who can make positive contributions to society in the future. We foster a ‘can do’ culture and have the highest aspirations for staff and students and really believe that by 'being the best you can be’ anything is possible!
For our staff we aim to create an environment where they feel supported and challenged and where they can thrive as highly skilled practitioners. In our Trust we value the contribution of every colleague and aim to develop a sense of professional curiosity which will allow staff to develop their practice and excel. Objectives
We want our catering company to have all of the essential abilities and skills to provide an outstanding catering service to our students, staff and visitors at our school.
You should have the knowledge of how to provide exceptional dining experiences, be able to manage everyone around you and be able to address a concerning matter and take quick actions where required.
Providing a high quality and reliable catering service has a major effect on the whole learning experience for all our students, staff and visitors and this is why the Trust is passionate about having very high quality catering facilities, with excellent food choices which are nutritionally balanced for everyone. Having excellent customer care, the caterer should be polite, diplomatic and thoughtful while dealing with all our students, staff and visitors.
The way you operate in our schools is crucial to ensure customer satisfaction and to encourage students continue to use the facilities and enjoy the mealtimes.
Your menus and pricing structure need to be clear to the students so that they can understand exactly what the offer is to them.
We are looking for a refreshing and innovative approach that reflects, amongst other things, the changing profile of student life and their food preferences and types and preferred styles of dining.
