The appointed contractor will be responsible for the design and construction of 72 units on a site located off Mistletoe Row, Oldwood Road, Tenbury Wells. The units will be a mix of houses, bungalows and self contained apartments. A mix of tenures will be required across the site including outright sale, shared ownership and affordable rented. The construction of the site will include the associated access, infrastructure and amenities.

The successful supplier will enter into contract with Beech Grove Homes Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sanctuary Housing Association.
