A group of 33 Enfield schools would like to explore options for the delivery of Catering in their schools across two Lots, their main objectives are to maintain the quality of provision and breadth of menu along with value for money. The schools are being tendered in two (2) lots. The combined annual turnover for all of the schools is £3,084,723.The contract start date is the 27th of May 2023 which coincides with the half term holidays, the first day of service with be Monday the 6th of June 2023. The contract tenure is for an initial three-year period. There is an option for both parties to extend the contract for a further two years subject to client satisfaction and client agreement on budgets and service levels. The Clients are expecting a two-tier mobilisation:A ‘soft landing’ in late May to ensure staff transfers are complete and the service start in June allows the teams to settle in to new menus, processes and systems.A more detailed launch, including implementing any poten
