Electrical installation condition reports. The works are to be carried out in accordance with BS 7671 and the Specification section of the tender. The works include the identification, location and fixing of faults. Continuity faults are to be fixed at the time of the initial electrical inspection with any other faults being reported to the Association by telephone while the Electrician is on site. If the Association agrees to further works being carried out these will also be done at the time of the initial visit and paid for at the costs included within the Schedule of Rates section of the tender. All works to be in accordance with the 18th Edition of the IEE Wiring Regulations.
