The building has a Planning requirement to meet BREEAM Very Good, a Members expectation of Excellent, must be Carbon Neural in design & build with sufficient captured evidence to satisfy the Planning Authority.

The design is prescriptive, the timber fame designed around known manufacturing outputs to meet that requirement and variable's will need verification & approvals. All U values, air tightness etc will be recorded & verified at every stage of the process.

The Bidder will need to prove its ability to construct a Carbon neutral facility and be able to evidence capability, capacity and staffing (direct or indirect) to manage & record all the evidence necessary for Breeam & carbon neutrality.

Evidence of sustainably supply chain, site management & project delivery will be required.
