ASSET SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE FRAMEWORK
This framework will provide clients with a range of asset safety consultancy, testing/inspection, servicing, and maintenance services to ensure the safety of their properties.
The tender will be released for bid applications at the end of January 2023 and it is anticipated the new framework will be live in summer 2023.
REFURBISHMENT AND ASSOCIATED RETROFIT WORKS FRAMEWORK (WORKING TITLE)
This framework will be designed to support clients with delivering a range of refurbishment, associated retrofit, and improvement works.
Early market engagement is expected to take place during February and March 2023, with an anticipated tender release late spring / summer 2023
ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND DECARBONISATION FRAMEWORK (WORKING TITLE)

This framework will be designed to support clients with delivering a range of fire safety related consultancy, installation, replacement, and servicing requirements.

This is an early market engagement notice issued which seeks to provide advanced notice of early market engagement and subsequent procurement activities LHC intend to carry out during 2023 in relation to the establishment of new frameworks.
ASSET SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE FRAMEWORK
The Asset Safety and Compliance Framework (ASC1) will provide clients with a range of asset safety consultancy, testing/inspection, servicing, and maintenance services to ensure the safety of their properties.
With the exception of workstream 2 (which is a single lot) there will be a range of individual consultancy, testing, servicing, and maintenance lots that interested parties can apply for.

The Refurbishment and Associated Retrofit Works Framework (working title) will be the successor to LHC's successful Whole House Framework (WH2). The new framework will be designed to support clients with delivering a range of refurbishment and associated retrofit and improvement works.
The full scope of this framework will be defined following engagement with clients and interested parties as part of LHC's market engagement activities, however it is anticipated this framework will allow for works to be carried out in both domestic and non-domestic buildings including:
>> Kitchen & bathroom replacement and associated works
>> Painting and decorating
>> External works
>> Electrical works
>> Multi-disciplinary works
These market engagement sessions are expected to take place during February and March 2023, with an anticipated tender release late spring / summer 2023
ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND DECARBONISATION FRAMEWORK
The new Energy Efficiency and Decarbonisation Framework (working title) will be the successor to LHC's successful Energy Efficiency Measures & Associated Works (N8) Framework which expires November 2024. The future framework will be designed to support clients with delivering a range of energy efficiency and decarbonisation works helping them with their journey to achieving net carbon zero and improving the EPC ratings of their stock.
The full scope of this framework will be defined following engagement with clients and interested parties as part of LHC's market engagement activities, however LHC at this stage anticipate the framework will contain a range of individual specialist energy efficiency measures and works (such as solar PV, heat pumps, EWI etc) and also main contractors able to deliver programmes of works that may contain multiple energy efficiency works.
Early market engagement sessions are expected to take place during summer 2023, with an anticipated tender release autumn 2023.

The new Fire Safety Framework (working title) will be the successor to LHC's current Fire Safety Framework (FS1) which comprises a suite of specialist fire safety services to domestic and non-domestic buildings. The full scope of this framework will be defined following engagement with clients and interested parties as part of LHC's market engagement activities, however LHC at this stage anticipate the framework may include:
