Lancashire Constabulary is inviting bidders to tend for a Heating and ventilation contract.

The contract will be divided into two separate categories (referred to as lots):

 Lot 1 – Servicing and maintenance of heating systems

 Lot 2 – Servicing and maintenance of Ventilation systems

The Constabulary is looking for a maximum of one Bidder for each lot but is inviting bidders to either apply for one or both lots.

Lancashire Constabulary is inviting bidders to tend for a Heating and ventilation contract.

The contract will be divided into two separate categories (referred to as lots):

 Lot 1 – Servicing and maintenance of heating systems

 Lot 2 – Servicing and maintenance of Ventilation systems

Lot 1 will be for Heating systems will cover the planned/programme for the servicing, maintenance work and repairs of all the heating and water systems on each site to ensure operational liability.

This will either be on a routine or call-out basis. The successful supplier will be required to provide a Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm for service and a 24 hour 365 days per annum call out facility for urgent repairs.
