A Systems Thinking Partner to provide a partnership approach to enable the embedding of systems thinking methodology as part of a continuous improvement framework. This approach will include coaching and mentoring of our internal Systems Thinking Academy of change management leads; a collaborative end-to-end review and redesign of county council systems.
