15 AWARD CRITERIA

15.1 The Authority will select the supplier on a 100% quality basis

15.2 Each Award Criteria question within Part 3 (Forms to be Returned) indicates whether it is for information only (I), a threshold (T) or a scored question.

Please see Part 3 (Forms to be returned) for quality questions making up 100% of the scoring process

15.3 Quality questions are scored on a scale of 0 to 5. This is based on how your organisation responds to the question with reference to the detail contained in the Specification. The score your organisation receives will then be divided by the maximum score available; 5, and then multiplied by the question weighting to give you a score for each question.

As the there is a fixed budget for this project the contract will be awarded solely on the basis of 100% quality for both lots. Quality evaluation will be carried out through a three stage process as set out below.
