BTS require general building contractors to supplement their own labour resource.

The type of general building work that BTS undertakes is day to day repairs, voids, complete kitchen and bathroom refurbishment, window and door installations, fencing and larger building projects such as extensions, and sheltered housing block refurbishment. Predominantly, all work priced for in this tender will be in the Luton post code area.

The day to day repairs and voids team carry out general building repairs on a daily basis E.G replace internal doors, floorboards, sanitary ware and taps, trace and rectify leaks, replace/mend locks, rebuild garden walls, gutter leaks etc. The requirement for this lot is to provide a qualified tradesperson and a van for a day or multiple days to support the team and carry out repairs on a day rate basis.
