two.2.4) Description of the procurement
The full scope of the procurement will be defined during an options appraisal, however it is anticipated that works will include the replacement of major building components including kitchen and bathrooms, roofs, windows and doors. In addition, the procurement will include the delivery of cyclical and associated works and decarbonisation works. Furthermore, small one-off refurbishment or conversion projects may also be delivered through this procurement. The detail regarding the delivery model, including consideration of division into Lots and the duration of the arrangements, is yet to be defined.
The estimated contract value detailed in II.1.5 is based upon the current arrangements and reflects an estimated annual value of circa £15,000,000.00-£30,000,000.00. As stated in II.2.4, the duration of the arrangements is yet to be defined. It is likely that the arrangements will be divided into Lots, however the detail regarding this is yet to be defined.

A2Dominion will be hosting a Soft Market Test Event on Tuesday 8th February 2022 at 2.00pm-3.30pm. The event will be held at a Central London location which will be confirmed in due course to attendees.
Interested parties are requested to confirm their interest in attendance via email to procurement@effefftee.co.uk no later than 5.00pm on Friday 4th February 2022.
The subject of the email should state T1-6477-A2D Soft Market Test and confirm your organisations interest in attendance along with the name and email address of your attendee. Details of the venue will then be shared with the attendee ahead of the event.
In the interests of social distancing, organisations will be limited to ONE attendee ONLY.
