A Service Contract will be awarded to a single supplier for Lot 1 Property and for Lot 2 Leasehold Buildings - the contract for each council could be awarded to a different supplier. The delivery of the contract is anticipated to begin on 01 April 2024.
The objectives of this contract are:
To provide Property insurance for the City of Westminster, London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham and Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Property programme.
To provide Residential Leasehold Buildings Insurance for the City of Westminster, London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham and Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea residential leasehold properties.
