Aberdeen City Council is legally obliged to provide assistance with the removal, transfer and storage of household belongings for people experiencing homelessness. There are a significant number of customers who require this service, sometimes for an unspecified amount of time.
Under this framework agreement the Contractor shall provide short and long-term storage solutions.
Aberdeen City Council require a single Contractor to uplift belongings within a property; all furniture items, white goods, fixture/fittings and any other household item (this list is not exhaustive) and deliver to/from properties, with capacity to conduct requests where specified within 48 hours of request.
