two.1.4) Short description

The London Borough of Bromley are intending to engage with the Market for Expressions of Interest for a pilot scheme of a block booking of a local hotel to use for our Homeless families.

This pilot will be for a period of up to 12 months to assess the outcomes for Service Users, and to gauge whether the Council will pursue this type of booking in the future. The outcome of the pilot will be used to inform any potential future tender process that the Council may undertake in due course.

For consideration of this pilot, we are seeking Expressions of Interest for hotels within London Borough Bromley, that can satisfy the below criteria:

• The hotel to be located within Bromley borough

• Have a minimum of 20 ensuite rooms

• For a minimum of 3 these rooms be family sized

• For a minimum of 2 of these rooms be fully wheelchair adapted and accessible

• All rooms to meet the minimum room sizes

• To be able to provide all compliance documents for the hotel

• The hotel to meet our minimum property standards
