The scope of the Contract is the provision of Alarm Monitoring Services to Jigsaw Homes Group properties.
There are 2 current arrangements in place:
1.Alarm Monitoring Services to Jigsaw Homes Tameside and Jigsaw Jomes Midlands. A single contract is in place with an expiry date of 31st July 2025
2.Alarm Monitoring Services to Jigsaw Homes North. A rolling arrangement is in place with a single provider
The key statistics of the Alarm Monitoring Services are:
•Tameside – 24 schemes and 589 connections
•Midlands – 21 schemes and 1,055 connections
•North – 102 schemes and 2,530 connections
Jigsaw is currently 70% through a programme of upgrading social alarm equipment to a digitally ready product in block schemes and replacing hardwired systems to dispersed alarms in standalone properties.

The Contract will last for an initial period of 3 years, with an option to extend at Jigsaw’s discretion for up to 2 additional years, giving a total potential term of 5 years.
The Contract will commence in August 2025.
A single provider will be appointed. The Contract will not be divided into separate lots.

Jigsaw Homes Group will enter into this contract following a minimum 10 day calendar day standstill period starting on the day after the notification of the result. The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) (as amended) (the Regulations) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or who are at risk of harm by a breach of the Regulations to bring proceedings in the High Court. Any such proceedings must be brought within the limitation period specified by the Regulations according to the remedy sought.
