The scope includes but is not limited to:-
• Full design and build of a 15,250m2 (154,000 sq ft) warehouse
• Contractor to be Principal Designer (PD) and Principal Contractor (PC) under CDM
2015 Regulations
• Ground preparation and foundation works
• Warehouse frame, cladding and roof lights
• Associated power, water and waste connections
• External lights, surfacing, barriers, bollards and fencing
• Office, showroom, trade counter and welfare facilities (i.e. including full Cat B fit-out
to meet the Tenant requirements.)
• Canopy over the loading area
• Car park including EV charging, signage and white linings
• Photovoltaics and battery storage
• Small scale diesel fueling tank
• Warehouse to be designed and built in line with current building regulations and
Peel Ports Group HSE Fire Safety requirements
