To supply the main Chapel Bar at Theatre Severn with regular deliveries of required stock at reasonable and fair prices to be sold to audiences at Theatre Severn. To support the team selling the goods through equipment, maintenance and point of sale.
Essential requirements:
•Reasonable range of alcoholic and soft drink beverages at competitive prices
•Delivery at least twice a week
•Customer care and support, personal connection with account manager and area managers- fair and loyal customer service
•Speed of response and problem solving
•Ability to change orders if incorrect, out of date and collect stock/ credit us easily
•To be within easy and immediate contact
•To provide equipment, fittings, repair or access to suppliers to arrange repair or replacement
•To provide point of sales materials, glassware, information, menus etc. - free of charge
•Arrange training if appropriate (new products)
•To keep us up to date with new products, changes in pricing, alcohol law, sugar tax etc.
•Regular discounts/offers and promotions on stock
•Regular removal of empty barrels
•Alternative products if stock is not available
•Delivery of stock as soon as it is back in stock
Desirable:
•The same delivery drivers each week to build up a better relationship so that there is more trust with deliveries
•Same day/Next day delivery
•Advice on pricing
•Set delivery times (between 2 hour time frame- not 8 hour time frame)
