two.1.4) Short description

Leicester City Council are seeking a main contractor via a design and build contract to

undertake works on the exemplar scheme at Stocking Farm. The scheme will deliver 50 new

council homes, a new community open space, a new highway and associated items such as

parking, boundary treatments, landscaping, drainage and external lighting. Demolition works

are required. A site visit during the tender period is strongly recommended as there are live

elements to the site which require minimum disruption throughout. The scheme has high

sustainability aspirations.
