The objective of the FHSF programme is to create a vibrant leisure and entertainment quarter adjacent to the high-quality primary retail core providing residents and visitors with an additional attraction and extending the City Centre’s overall vibrancy. This will be delivered by transforming key buildings into new leisure and entertainment offers, transforming public realm and connectivity, and creating new event and other spaces.
