London Borough of Tower Hamlets, on behalf of Tower Hamlets Homes (THH) Arms Length Management Organisation is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified organisations for the following services split into two lots, bidders may bid for one or both contracts.

One provider will be appointed to each lot.

The two Contracts are:

Lot 1: Repairs, Maintenance, Servicing and Minor Improvements to Passenger Lifts and Associated Works. Annual contract value: £885,766

Lot 2: Installation, Servicing and Maintenance of Disabled Lifting Equipment.

Annual contract value: £50,000

The scope of the Works under this Contract comprises the following Workstreams for both Lots 1 and 2 except where specified below:

• Periodic Servicing and Inspection;

• Routine Maintenance;

• Responsive Maintenance (including Emergency Works ordered during Normal Working Hours);

• Minor Improvements (Upgrading or refurbishment of Lifts) (Lot 1 only)

• Major Works (Upgrading, Installation or Renewal of stair lifts and other disability lifting equipment); (Lot 2 only)

• Out of Hours Emergency Works; and

• Technical Inspections

Bidders can tender for one or both contracts providing they meet the criteria indicated in the procurement documentation.
