Thurrock Council is seeking a Provider to deliver adult social care and housing related support for older Adults (aged 55 and over) within extra care housing, known as Elizabeth Gardens.The purpose of the Service is to enable Service Users to remain in their own homes, living as independently as possible and to achieve and maintain their potential in relation to physical, intellectual, emotional and social capacity.The contract is for five years with the option to further extend by up to two years. The estimated contract value covers the full seven year term.Further information can be found in the specification.
