Mae'r Prosiect yn cynnwys datblygu safle presennol Pentre Ifan a ddefnyddir ar hyn o bryd i ddarparu llety preswyl.

Bwriad y prosiect yw cynnwys y canlynol:

We can advise that the Client for this Project will be Urdd Gobaith Cymru and that the Project Manager/Contract Administrator and Principal Designer will be Spencer Pughe Associates.

The Project comprises the development of the existing Pentre Ifan site currently used to provide residential accommodation.

The project is intended to include the following:

1. Repairs, refurbishment and re-functioning of 3nr existing stone outbuildings currently in disrepair (section 1)

2. Construction of new sleeping accommodation being of timber frame construction with piled foundations. (section 1)

3. Landscaping and associated external works (section 1)

4. Minor refurbishment of the existing Grade II Hall and decommissioning of bedrooms along with provisional installation of platform lift (section 2)

5. Minor refurbishment of existing grade II farmhouse and adjoining outbuilding (section 2)

6. Infrastructure to support a proposed camping area (section 2)

The intended Form of Contract will be the JCT Intermediate Form of Contract with Contractors design 2016 with sectional completion (Section 1 & 2)

It is intended that following this initial 1st stage selection process to tender the Project with a short-list of Principal contractors during February 2022 with a 4 - 5 week tender period. Following the return of tenders, it is expected that the project would be commenced at the earliest opportunity, subject to satisfactory post tender administration. Please provide the following information as

part of your submission:

1. Details of 3 recent projects that you have completed that are similar in nature and size to this project. Details should include a brief project description, project address, list of consultants, approximate value, form of contract, commencement and completion date, and contact details of either the employer or Project Manager for reference purposes.

2. List brief details of any projects that your company has secured for the future 12 months together with a separate list of other projects that your company is currently tendering for that may commence in the next 6 months. Brief details should include approximate value, approximate commencement, completion date and location.

3. Your proposed management structure for this project.

4. Total number of directly employed staff and the split between office based employees and site operatives.

5. A copy of the company H&S policy and record including any breaches over the last 3 years.

6. Financial information on your company for the last 3 years, together with details of insurance cover held and details of any contracts cancelled or not renewed over the last 3 years.
