To appoint a responsible and smooth running concierge, porter, internal postal and courier service in nominated communal and private areas of No 1 Mann Island. To provide a range of dedicated facility management functions for Merseytravel and their Tenants. This contract will be for a three year initial period with the option of a further one year extension subject to necessary service criteria being met. To ensure the building is open provisionally between the hours of 0630 and 1930 hours Monday to Friday.
