CT0145 - Provision of Professional Services in relation to Major Adaptation Works to dwellings for people with Disability - Belfast Region The Housing Executive is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and competent multi-disciplinary professional services provider to carry out services including, but not limited to survey, management of works on site, through to agreement of final account and defects for NIHE dwellings requiring Major Adaptations works located in the Belfast Area. The primary objective of this procurement is for the appointment of a consultancy services to be provided to the NIHE for those properties within the Belfast region that require major adaptions works and services, the required level and range of consultancy services include, but not limited to, surveying, planning, design, costing, contact / project management of works contractors on site (who have been separately appointed by the NIHE), health and safety and defect resolution, through to agreement of final accounts. It is envisaged that the duration will be for 24 months The Employer has the option, at its sole discretion, to extend the completion date by such period(s) as the Employer sees fit provided that the completion date does not exceed 36 (thirty-six) months from the starting date.
