Description
Our current contract for our existing Applicant Tracking System is due to end on 31 August 2026. Following a recent market testing exercise, Lift Schools now seeks to procure a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that enhances candidate experience, ensures full compliance with safer recruitment, and integrates seamlessly with our wider people systems.

Competitive flexible procedure description
The Trust is running this procedure under Competitive Flexible Section 20 (2)(b) under the UK Procurement Act 2023. This is a 2 stage process as below.
Stage 1 Participation. Suppliers are asked to review Minimum Standards, Submit a Price based on the specification and Banding, and complete the functional specification. The total weighting for this section is 60%.
Stage 2 Tenders. Selected suppliers are required to submit answers to the quality questions within the tender response document, demonstrate their system as requested between the following dates 9 February to 19 February 2026, and submit the final and best offer. The price score will be adjusted from Stage 1 where suppliers submit better offers. The total weighting for this section is 40%
