Explanation:

The AI contained in the platform solution is proprietary to the supplier. The supplier approached the Authority looking for a customer to work with them on the development and refinement of the solution. The product has already been subject to free of charge evaluation trials at the Whittington and our intention now is to award the Contract covered by this notice.
