Tenders are invited for the supply of Inspection, Maintenance and Repairs of Air Conditioning units, Heat Recovery units, Air Handling Units, Fire Dampers, Chiller Units, Air Source Heating and Cooling Pumps and Cleaning of Supply and Extract Ductwork within Mid and East Antrim Borough Council.

Mid and East Antrim Borough Council (MEA) comprises the areas of Ballymena, Carrickfergus and Larne.

Facilities Maintenance within MEA will manage this contract, which is responsible for the asset management and maintenance of the buildings that fall under MEA's remitl buildings.
