The purpose of this procurement is to establish an over-arching framework contract that will allow contracts to be let and contractor(s) appointed: 1)to provide access for surveys and works; 2)undertake work to a wide variety of flat roof construction types and locations (including domestic properties, high-rise properties, low-rise properties and small flat roof areas such as dormers etc); 3) undertake sundry related tasks. The framework contract is to be a ranked framework although the Council reserves the right to go to a mini-competition where it considers a min-competition tender to be appropriate.
