Establishment of a framework arrangement up to a maximum of 4 years for the Supply of Road Traffic Signs and Associated Goods fully compliant with the Department for Transport’s Manual of Contract Documents for Highway Works Volume 1 Specification for Highway Works, Series 1200 Traffic Signs and subsequent versions, and in accordance with the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016 and subsequent versions (the “Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions”). The service also comprises the supply of temporary traffic signs, and sign fixings.
It will be a Framework Agreement for the call off of materials by NY Highways Limited, North Yorkshire County Council, City of York Council, City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, Wakefield Metropolitan District Council, and their successors (the “Customers”).
Contract commencement date 17 May 2021 for up to a 4 year term.

In accordance with Regulation 50 (Contract award notices); Regulation 86 (Notices of decisions to award a contract or conclude a framework agreement); Regulation 87 (Standstill period) and Regulations 91 to 102 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended). Following any decision to award the contract NY Highways Limited will be providing debriefing information to unsuccessful bidders (in accordance with Regulation 86) and observe a minimum 10 day standstill period (in accordance with Regulation 87) before the contract is entered into. Expressions of interest applications must be by way of completion of the Selection and Award Questionnaire (in accordance with the requirements set out in the Selection and Award Questionnaire by the time limit in section IV.2.2) above). NY Highways reserves the right to vary, amend and update any aspects of the procurement documents. NY Highways reserves the right not to award the opportunity or to award only part (or a different arrangement) of the opportunity described in this contract notice.’
