The Contract is designed to deliver:
• Asbestos Management Surveys to residential dwellings (tenanted and void) and non-domestic areas of communal blocks, garages, schools and community centres.
• Bulk Sample Analysis (both planned and reactive in the event of emergency)
• Targeted Asbestos Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys (potentially combined with Management Surveys where required)
• ACM Re-inspection surveys of previously identified, presumed and sampled ACMs to non-domestic areas of communal blocks, schools, garages and community centres.
• Reassurance, background, leak and personal air monitoring during certain remedial activities and in emergency situations.
• 4-stage clearances following licensed asbestos remediation works.
