The Customer wishes to establish a Multiple Providers Contract for the Provision of 24/7/365(6) Call Out For Vehicle Recovery, Storage and Disposal if Required Services. The Customer is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the “Regulations”). This Contract is being procured under the Restricted procedure.

2.2 This tender is divided into 7 Lots geographically, and interested parties may bid for 1 or more than 1 Lot. Full details of the geographically areas covered per Lot and the number of recovery operators required for each Lot are clearly defined in the Contract Procedures Document V30.

The duration of the contract is 5 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years in 12 month slots or less as specified by Derbyshire Constabulary, subject to satisfactory performance by the contractor(s) and by agreement by both parties in writing

The anticipated start date will be 1st August 2022.
