St Leger Homes (SLHD) is seeking to establish a Contract with a Contractor for the provision of non-mains sewage and drainage services to established tenancy properties and sites located within the Doncaster Region.

The contract will serve established tenancy properties and sites located within the Doncaster Region of South Yorkshire.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

St Leger homes are responsible for a number of waste treatment work facilities, which include-

• Septic Tanks;

• Cess-Pits;

• Water Treatment plants;

• Foul Water pumping stations with macerators,

The Contractor will be required to manage, maintain and repair essential non-mains sewage and drainage facilities on both a routine and emergency call-out basis. It is also required to safely remove, transport and dispose of effluent, solid and waste materials in accordance with Regulatory and best practice standards.

The service will provide and ensure continuity of efficient clean drainage, pumping services for tenants and compliance with Regulatory requirements (Public Health Act 1936). It will also ensure the Health & Safety of tenants and provision of quality clean and safe properties and look to meet associated SLHD Corporate and Environmental strategies..
