The Design and Delivery Partner contract was procured to assist with the following in relation to the Business Services Programme:

-Engaging with stakeholders to understand business requirements and support the service design and transformational changes needed prior to the implementation of the new technology solution.

-Develop key strategies for ERP transformation up to and including the procurement of a technical solution.

This will involved developing an ERP transformation full business case, drafting an ERP Strategy and defining an integration strategy amongst other key tasks.

The contract was originally awarded via mini-competition through the Scottish Government’s Digital Technology and Cyber Services DPS as the services were within scope of Lot 2 Digital Technology Resources.

This Contract Modification Notice will be published to account for additional services completed between April 2025 and October 2025, ensuring compliance with the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Note that the additional value of this retrospective award does not exceed 50% of the originally published contract value.
