This Framework will be available for use by DCC and additional Contracting Authorities, where they have entered into a Procurement Service Level Agreement (SLA) with DCC and to other Organisations and Local and / or Non-Local Authorities where agreed with DCC.
A maximum of the 3 bidding organisations who achieve the highest overall weighted score will be awarded a position on the framework for each lot. Any proposed award or call off for any type of roofing system is subject to the maximum rates applicable as tendered within the schedule of rates
The first ranked placed contractor on the framework for each Lot, following this Invitation to Bid (ITB) will be awarded all calls offs for less than £80,000 or any direct award call (meetinf certain requirements)
For Call-Offs over £80,001 a Competed Call-Off process will be carried out or where there may be a requirement for example to show value for money, in this situation all placed Contractors on the framework will be invited to take part in this competed call off.
Weightings to be applied to this can be either of the following:
Price 0% -100%
Quality 0% -100%
Social Value 0% - 10%
This can be any percentage, 100% price or a mixture of quality and price or quality, price and social value. KPI's may be included in any off these calls and rebates will apply. If you have opted in for the SIP the % applied on the original framework submission will apply to all competitive call offs.
