This will initially involve demolishing its existing Carroll Court buildings and constructing the 900 bed spaces across 3 six-storey buildings. Site enabling works are expected to start in June 2021 and the main works in October 2021 (subject to the extent of the enabling works),The building will be to Passivhaus standards and include a café, shared lounges and communal dining spaces. The university is issuing this SQ to invite interested parties to be selected for a tender to be issued in March 2021.
