Leicester City Council wishes to appoint a single provider to enter into a contract to supply, install and maintain an Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) solution. The first project will be for 4 museums sites (Leicester Museum & Art Gallery, Newarke Houses Museum, Leicester Guildhall and Abbey Pumping Station). There may be a requirement during the term of the agreement to undertake additional installations of the EPOS solution at additional venues managed by the Council. Should the Council have additional sites, then these would be by modification of the contract. Such amendments are not intended to create a new contract with the successful provider.
